I bought a bag of Natural and Kosher muenster cheese, and there was a recipe for Baked White Ziti on the back. Every time my daughter opened the fridge and saw the picture on the package, she asked if I could make it. The problem was, I didn't have half-and-half or parmesan, and every time I try a recipe with red pepper flakes my kids complain. Plus, I did not want to have to pre-cook the noodles. So I used Eitan Jacob's famous No-Boil Lasagne method, changed a whole bunch of ingredients, and came up with this.
