Sushi is filling and stuffed with healthy ingredients, but it can be pricey to buy ready made, and tedious to prepare at home. Sushi salad allows you to have the taste of sushi with a lot less work. As with all sushi recipes, this is best with fresh ingredients, especially rice. Once rice is refrigerated, it loses the fluffiness and stickiness that make sushi so yummy.
This recipe makes enough for two large adult portions, or for a serving bowl at a party.
