I saw these amazing salmon won-tons on one of my favorite blogs, Esther O Designs. I never got to make her whole thing, because the won-tons are so good, that they were finished before I could even read the rest of recipe. I tasted one, then told my husband and daughter they could have some, and when I came back to the kitchen the plate was empty!
After such success, I made them again for Sukkos as an appetizer. I found them easy to make, and surprisingly, even my 11 year old, who is normally salmon-phobic, wanted to try what everyone else was enjoying so much, and she liked them, too!
The extra cubes I just threw on the pan after the batch, and fried for a bout a minute or two on each side. They're good in a salad.
