I find that salmon is a great fish for people who are not big fish-eaters. I buy the frozen fillets in Costco and defrost them as needed to make an easy healthy and filling meal. If you like salmon with a slightly caramelized or crispy top, I find that baking it in the toaster oven works great. It comes out more evenly baked in the oven, but I prefer the way that the toaster oven, because it's a small space, makes the top crispy. Happy printing and happy cooking!
