This dish tastes like it's from a restaurant, but is so easy to prepare. Plus, you can prepare the salmon and fettucini in advance, store in the fridge, and then just warm up when ready to serve.
I came up with this combination when I went completely dairy-free for a few weeks. Unfortunately, it did nothing to help my coliky baby, and when I went back to eating dairy (Yay!) I added in grated parmesan (Yum!).
