My neighbor called me one Friday to ask if I'm still going to Monsey Glatt. She needed these chips for a recipe that she was sending over to somebody, but her husband had gone to a different grocery that day and didn't find them. Turns out, I had to pick up a few things, so I bought a bag for her and for myself, and of course, I had to get the recipe form her so I could also try it out. I first made this for the Purim Seudah, and I was shocked when my vegetable-averse daughter tasted, took doubles and then asked me to make it again for Shabbos!
