I found this Orange Olive Oil Cake on a blog called Baking It Up As I Go Along. I love using olive oil, but had not yet managed to use it in a cake, so I decided to try this. WOW! It was awesome and there was none left. The taste is a bit like a chocolate covered donut, so it works great as a Chanukah centerpiece that can double as dessert.
