This recipe is from my sister Dini. She knows I have a soft spot for healthy muffins, and she was right about this one. I like these muffins best when they're frozen, served with a hot cup of coffee. She likes them warmed up in the microwave so that the chocolate chips get runny. Try them both ways and pick your favorite!
