This morning, I sauteed a huge pan of onion and mushroom with some red pepper, planning to use some for an omelet. My husband walked in to the kitchen and said it smelled so good, he wanted to know if I was making quiche. As I always keep frozen pie crusts on hand, it did not take much convincing for me to take off some of the saute and create a very satisfying quiche for lunch. Happy printing and happy cooking!
