For years, I was scared to make roast. One Yom Tov, I even went so far as to bring my raw roast to my husband's grandmother so she could cook it for me! This recipe was the breakthrough for me. It was so easy and so well received, that it gave me the courage to branch out and try some others as well. It is a hit with kids and adults alike- don't expect to have any leftovers to put away.
