I saw this recipe in an online group, and since my hamantaschen seem to flop every year, I decided to try yet another recipe. I was especially pleased to note that it did not use margarine. Well, shock of my life! These hamantaschen were a breeze to prepare (my daughter mixed it by hand in a bowl) and none of them opened in the oven.
