Potato Knishes without the patchke- what could be better? Making them in pre-greased cupcake trays for a gorgeous and simple presentation! The original recipe from Chayie's Heimish Bundt Cakes had 2 eggs in the mixture, and although I forgot to put them in, we loved how dense and creamy it came out.
