I spent Sukkos in Cleveland one year with my brother-in-law's family. I was single, running around, and collecting adventures. Snow on sukkos was definitely an adventure. We kept cozy with these delicious rugelach, and I just had to get the recipe before I left. It's adapted from a recipe in a non-kosher cookbook, but this kosher version is plenty good. So good, that my mother did not mind me taking over her kitchen countless times to bake them. Now I make them in my own kitchen, and share them with my own guests. Happy printing and happy cooking!
