These Sweet Cheese Bourekas have a mozzarella filling that makes them reminiscent of pizza. I made them one day when I had extra defrosted puff pastry dough, and I wanted a simple recipe. If you are careful about sealing and pinching the edges you can make beautiful delicious bourekas that are nice enough to serve guests. Delicious with a hearty soup and simple salad.
