This is truly a much easier way to make delicious French Toast. Plus, it's intended to be prepared in advance, so it's great for when you know you have a busy day coming up. If you want to freeze it, simply bake it as usual, and freeze individual slices or the whole pan. You can defrost it in the fridge and warm it up in a microwave, toaster, oven or frying pan. Or just enjoy it room temperature or cold. Between the heavenly smell, the soft cinnamon-y taste and the beautiful marbleized look that the crusts form, my kids think we're having cake for supper whenever I serve this. Who am I to argue with that? Happy printing and happy cooking! Vichna Belsky Download and print the recipe here |
