As I waited in line at the pizza store, I perused the menu and settled on asparagus soup. Then, when it was my turn to order, they said they have none left! Well, I could not get that soup out of my head, and with Passover coming up, I decided to try to modify an Asparagus Soup recipe to make it Kosher for Passover. I actually found the potato starch easier to work with than flour, so I may just make this Kosher for Passover version year round. Happy printing and happy cooking!
