One of my high school students introduced me to the idea of crushed garlic on green beans. I can eat a whole can of green beans for supper when it's prepared like this. Almonds and green beans are both healthy, but when they are served together, they boost each other for an even healthier anti-cancer punch. The olive oil and crushed sauteed garlic have additional health benefits as well. As though I needed an excuse to have more of this... Happy printing and happy cooking!
